Yep... and I found that the Prequels suddenly made a lot more sense! In fact the entire way General Grevious acted in ROTS only makes sense when you knew what happened to him in the animated show.

We have not announced any specific plans for movies thereafter. There are movies in development, but we have not announced them.
If they were in development, then they were scrapped. They don't have to be announced to be scrapped.

Was Ridley Scott's Alien prequel "scrapped" in favor of Prometheus?
Was Star Trek: Phase II "scrapped" in favor of Star Trek: The Motion Picture?
I've yet to read anything about the next two Star Wars trilogies being "scrapped." On the contrary. Disney insists there are movies "in development."
What specific Star Wars movies have been "scrapped" by Disney?
