Everything now just seems full of unnecessary violence and lame plots....

It seems all the movies I like,or love, are from the 80's. I DO have a handful from the 90's though,my main two being Rocketeer and Galaxy Quest, obviously. And a couple of others. I did enjoy the first Spider-Man movie in 2002,and Spidey 2 in 2004,and enjoyed both recent Spidey movies, and both Trek movies.....and that's about it. Everything else has just been either mildly entertaining or a big bloody yawn! But I still watch a lot of movies.....you never know when one comes along you might actually like, lol. But most of them are just Summer Blockbuster Leave Your Brain At The Door Fluffy Popcorn Movies.

I'm still buying a lot of the 80's stuff on dvd or br. Yes,even Howard the Duck,ROFL!

J-R!
