#80472 Enterprise-D nacelle lights won't turn off

I was moving some things around and I grabbed the Enterprise-D to place it somewhere else, when suddenly the nacelle lights came on without pressing any of the buttons. Now they won't turn off. I tried pushing the rest button up on the saucer for 10 seconds, no luck. I tried switching the switch in the secondary hull to "OFF" and no luck. The only thing that turns them off is taking the batteries out. Yet, when I put them back in, the lights are still stuck on.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry for the bump on this one, but, does anyone have a spare Spock, McCoy or Chekov and can hook me up so I can attempt these customs?
