I thought that the new members might be intersted in the many forum skins this forum has to offer. Scroll to the bottom left corner and look for the drop down menu. There are skins with names like Dark / DS9 / TOS / Xmas / Borg

Just tried them out. I think that I like the Dark one best. The DS9 one is ok.

Hey, how come we dont have any rank insignia on the TOS 2 Skin after 600 posts?

I will have to check into that one. I guess that when this forum first went up I never thought that anyone would ever post beyond 600 posts? If you remember this forum was up for almost a year with no more then 150 posts total. Then one day out of nowhere BAM!!!

VF I have checked and there are ranks all the way up to 3500. What are you not seeing? If you had not changed yours you would be

Im not talking about the "I can stop i dont want to", im talking about the insignia, which is noting more than a plain color when you get up to 600 posts, no pips at all, just a plain color.

I think E is talking about the Rank Pips...At the level he is now, he has none on his sleeve. The way they are set up now, he will have to get to 750 posts before he gets a braid on his sleeve.

Yes, thats what i mean. There has been no braid or pips since i reached 600 posts, and now im over 700 and still no braid or pips.

Oh yeah after 500 posts the promotions get spread way out.

Its not a question of when the next promotion comes, its that at 600 hundred posts the braids disappear and there is nothing at all.

then at 600 it turns from red to gold if you didn't notice. BTW If you had not changed your title (as you are allowed to do) it would be "I can stop I just don't want to."

You can't beyond that pip because that's what the staff uses.

I would not call moving from Engineering to the Command Section as "Being demoted" would you? If I could simply see one postive post from you VF it would make my day, why so much negative energy bro?

My advice is to look at the big picture, concentrate on what is important and good here on this board and the small stuff will take care of itself.

Moving from one section to another doesnt mean you lose all of your rank and start all over again. I didnt see it as a negative post, just seemed like pointing out something that should be changed.
