Looks awesome, I really like the design of the warp nacelles on the Cerritos.

How can you say it's in scale with the DST D, and not show it with the DST D? Come on now!
It's very cool, and really well done. I've really grown to like this ship.
Are the lights working in it yet, or is that part also still a work in progress?

Good god no direct Doctor Who reference please. Saying bigger on the inside is good enough.
This show since the beginning has been crammed full of references and easter eggs to the greater Star Trek universe, it's disingenuous to say the people making it don't know anything about Star Trek history.

Dilithium is just a magic rock that makes FTL travel possible, must hate that too I guess?
Control was just an ai trying to gain sentience. Is every other movie or tv show with that same premise also magic?
Youre acting like Discoverys story choices are so different than past Trek series, when they arent.

Meh...there's more to my rejection of the premise than theoretical access to information. That's 800 years for other more critical events and individuals to occur and supersede the need to remember some minor Spock driven events that far in the past.
Not to mention...
Burnham is human...Spock covered up all relation to her apparently...why would they even believe her that she was his sister? That's kinda nuts isn't it?
Were talking about Vulcans who can live a couple hundred years, 800 wouldnt be nearly as long for them as it would be for a human.

The 10th episode was a surprise, and was probably my favorite.

I love the ship design but I still have trouble wrapping my head around the size difference between this and the original.
Indeed. Before I got the kit I'd seen some of the side profile pictures showing the size difference, and it didn't look crazy, but having the kit and seeing the two next to each other, the difference is a lot more than I thought.
Here it is compared to my 1/1000 Titanic for a real world sense of size, the same scale as the new kit. The Discovery Enterprise is huge.

I've said for years Enterprise Season 4 is the best way to do Star Trek, and I think it's one of the best seasons of Trek we've ever gotten.
Having a couple multi-episode story lines that tie into an overall season arc worked so well.

To the surprise of no one, doesn't look like DST has any Trek this year. https://toynewsi.com/168-35729

I like his music on Discovery, and Picard is no different. He's doing good work.
