I ordered a Nemesis Phaser from a prop builder I met on the RPF boards.... Here is a video of the working Phaser...It has a lot of cool features.

The chrome is great. I wasn't aware he had started chroming his phaser parts. Very pretty. Going to have to pick one up one of these days.

I know that Stapleton isn't using the chrome (Yet) The gentleman who is building this for me said he had the chrome parts special made for his customers. He charges quite a bit more for the chrome parts though.

This is from Endeav/Chronoworks, right? (you can tell by Majel Roddenberry's voice clips)

Stapleton's provided parts just use resin with aluminum powder in them that can be polished up. It is, of course, nowhere near as shiny as the chrome parts Endeav does.

I like that Endeav is cutting the emitter vents now. Very nice touch. Unless it's Stapelton that is doing that now. Mine was from the very first run of kits he made and doesn't have the vents. I know he reworked the emitter recently, though, so it may be Stapleton that is doing the vent cuts.

Knightone...Yes indeed it is Endeav/Chronoworks....I am seriously geeked about getting this bad boy..... I have been told that Endeav is one of the best build artist around. I'll let you guys know what I think when it arrives.

Wow that's really nice. DST needs to get on the TNG acessories bandwagon, make a nice replica of one of these bad boys in sliver painted plastic and slap on a $30 price tag and they'd have a hot seller,

Yes, indeed, he is one of the best builders around. You're very lucky to be getting one of his phasers, especially one so nice and shiny! smile.gif

Kor'Tar ..... It would be nice if DST got the picture about 24th Century Trek.... but alas we are left to our own devices. It is a good sign though that they are redoing the Enterprise E...You never know...maybe one day we will actually get that Mark X Tricorder or Nemesis Phaser from DST.

I've noticed on the prop boards, though, Trek isn't doing all that well. Not many people are making Trek props and, even when they do, it's a hard sell. I think the franchise is down all over.

He often puts phasers and tricorders up on Ebay. He makes some nice trics too. What is nice about Endeav is he is always improving his products.
