Saw this Two pack on DST's radical confidential today. Anubis and Daniel Jackson look great! I may have to break down and get this line after all. Check out the Wave 3 TNG contest at the bottom as well! Daniel Jackson and Anubis

Very nice looking 2-pack.
It's interesting they do not fully articulate their SG1 proto's.

Has anyone seen these or picked these up yet? Someone over at Gateworld posted images of these in hand.

No shop around here have them in yet.
It's funny to see Anubis without his hood and that the fact that his face is a re-painted crystal skull. :

Here is a new announcement from Newforce about these:
SG Ascension 2 Pack update
June 7, 2007 | 11:05 AM | newforce1
We have just been informed by Diamond, that they oversold this item, and we have been allocated only 75% of our order (with no more product available). We will review orders, and should be able to fill at least one piece for each customer, but multiple orders might be allocated due to unavailability of product.

I think that's where our nice trading post is a nice thing gibbspaulus. It's located in the Quartermaster section(Next to the Mess Hall) of the ship. It's probable been awhile since you picked up your uniform or needed a new piece of equipment? So alot of crew members seem to forget it's there after their first year aboard The Chief has actually set up something nice though, there crew members can barter, trade or sell their items for something other people have. It's a nice system and seems to work pretty well so far. Check it out when you have a chance or something to put up, I'm sure someone will take those unwanted items off your hands toot sweet

Well there out. I picked up a set from my local comic shop today. Both Jackson and Anubis have the same body scult, just the hoods are different and Jackson has the sash which is removable. The legs seem to be the same as the Ori Prior but you can't hardly tell from under the robes. It was expected but a little sad that there was not accessories with these two. I would have at least though the eye of ra would have been included. However overall i'm pretty happy with these.
With a little tweat here and there DST could probably make a Teal'c in his Jaffa Council Robes with these body sculpt...

Got my set today from NFC (had two on preorder but because of DST's error, Rick had to spread it out and everybody just got one) and have to say it's nice but could be better. Considering it's about $21-25 depending on where you ordered, you're paying slightly more than getting two regular SG1 figures at $10-12 each. But, both characters share the same body (which has recycled parts already) and no accessories. This should have been $15 at least.
The 2-pack should have included a hood with black "event horizon" for Anubis, the eye of Ra and other "eye" pieces. If they make future 2-packs they should really include alot more, the packaging is very attractive but the price is horrible for what you get.

I agree. They are decent figures but with the anount of reused parts (mostly Prior parts) and no accessories it should have been cheaper.
The thing that throws anubis off for me is the white eyes and nose holes in the skull. I took a black permanent marker and colored mine in and it looked 10 times better with the hood on. Creepy even.

Not worth the price tag I admit, but it is cool to have Anubis.
Anyone else having difficulty getting Anubis to stand properly?
