I thought it was inferior to DS9, but OK.

In the 2nd seaon, where they bring in a new commander, it gets much better.

  • Interests:OMG!! Clearly my hobby is getting away from me at the moment if anyone remembers the pics of my collection on the old AA forum. While mine isn't as focused as Mark's, it's start to rival his, lol. Long answer short, too many to narrow down.

What Mark and the other say is true, it's hard to get past the first season. Unfortunately, there are things that go on in that 1st season that have repercussions later wink.gif I've been waiting forever and a day for this and Farscape's Season dvd's to go down. But as everyone said, once Sheridan shows up the action really starts. So I would definately recommend the series, along with Firefly(which I did in another thread tongue.gif).

The show itself is worth watching. I haven't bought any of the DVD seasons yet, so I can't tell you if they're worth the money or not. It's sort of like DS9 to most people in the sense that the first season is hard to get through, but you'll be rewarded for doing so later.

Thanks to all you goons for reminding me about this show! laugh.gif wink.gif I had to go buy the DVD set just cause you had to talk about it! LOL

What I watched of it was good, but I was always lost because I didn't catch all of the tie-in episodes. Now I will be able to get it all and in sequence.

^Yeah, that was my problem with it too. I liked the series, but around season 4 I think? I missed a lot of episodes and was lost for a bit. Especially regarding what happened to Ivanovah. (I know WHAT happened, I just never saw the episode WHERE it happened).
