Several retailers show this ship in stock now. I was wondering if anyone has gotten theirs yet, and if so- does it have the same issues that plagued the TWOK version? Namely, the plastic being transparent, the sloppy paint apps, etc etc.

Where are you seeing it listed in stock?

My mistake. It appears to be an erroneous listing on

http://www.amazon.co... a Ship Vehicle

From what I've read, Animewild isn't a reputable re-seller on Amazon. THey probably don't have it in stock yet.

Two Ebay sellers located in Germany have the Ent-A listed in stock, they have a very good reputation and I bought from both of them in the past. Looks like The Ent-A has left the drydock at last. I am hoping to see some pictures or reviews in the near future.

I contacted animewild on Amazon to verify stock, and they said they had it. I ordered it and we will see what happens.

Their storefront is non-existent.

True, but they do have a bunch of positive feedback... I like to think that counts for something. Like I said, we will see what happens.

Let me know if it is the A when you get it. Part of me expects the TWOK.

I'm sure it's legit, I just get paranoid. I've never had issues with the marketplace before.

I got mine at Forbidden Planet in London last Sunday. I've posted pictures to DST's facebook page as I've not found out how to post them here yet.

That lightbleed on that single LED in both of the nacelles, though...

I just don't understand why it is so much more expensive to get some led-striped into the nacelles, it would make the ships like the A so much more better! I think more people would buy the models, hence more profit, which covers the costs of the led-stripes.

Then again I'm not company CEO or something, lol.

It also looks like the windows at least on the secondary hull are prepainted white? That would be a nice touch.

Thanks for posting the pictures 1701D.

Looks like the A is a few steps forward and a few steps back from the original AA release (that light bleed in the nacelles is really bad...) but the sounds are awesome.

Are the nacelles the only place you see light bleed?

Its also nice to see a refit that doesn't appear to be translucent.

Other than the bleed in the nacelle (which on the videos it looks like that area is the only place to light up?) she sure is a beauty... cant wait to see when Forbidden Planet in Liverpool gets them in (along with the new Phaser) so I can "see what she's got..."
