Many people are in speculation about the final outcome of this process. An administrator is taking control of the company but it is still unclear about the final outcome. Im personally hoping that they are bought out by another company and they continue with business... but Im not sure how realistic that is.

Sorry to hear. I purchased 3 of their XL Enterprise incarnations. They were very well done.

Yep was on the Facebook group when this went down. Honestly I got most of the models out of them I could ever want. I mean I got a nice sized Akira, Enterprise-J, Prometheus and Equinox Im not going to complain as it was a good run. My only question is what will become of that Xl Serenity they had in the pipeline.

WTF?! No!
I have a Rocinante from The Expanse on order from them that I have been waiting for for months... I wonder what will happen with that?
Damn, gods-damn. End of an era. This is very upsetting. I hope they can find some way to stay afloat.

They arent for sure gone yet, they may be saved through administration. But they wont be the same at the end, who knows whatll be left.

Bankruptcy doesn't necessarily mean they'll go out of business but it does mean changes will be made. I wouldn't lose all hope but I'd certainly manage expectations.

I'm amazed they made any money at all with their volumes, which aren't like retail volumes, and require far more customer comms, but I'm glad to have gotten 99% of everything I could have ever wanted when it comes to Trek ships.

Personally, I have been subscribed to the Build The Enterprise D partwork from day one. Im very sad because I am 60% done and most likely wont get to finish it.
Im hoping Deagostini or one of the other partwork companies pick up their builds so it can be finished. Was really enjoying the build.

Apparently Ben gave an update on twitter finally
https://twitter.com/...erp|twgr^author
Ill post in here just in case it goes down for any reason.
I am no longer an Eaglemoss employee! so I am finally free to talk about what’s going on. This has literally just happened so I want to say two things. The first is that I am so sorry that Eaglemoss’s communication has been non-existent. It’s terrible and I can only apologise.
Well legalese and all that.
The second thing I need to say is that there are people who are interested in taking over the build ups and the other models. It’s too early to make any promises but people are trying and we’ll do everything in our power to make sure these projects continue. CBS are supportive.
Good to hear fingers crossed.
I’ll be talking to and and a DW site soon but in the meantime let me say that people behind the scenes want the Star Trek ships, Ent-D, Doctor Who figurines and all the other ships to continue and I will do everything I can to make sure they do. Be hopeful!
Again good to hear hope something comes of it. I really had my eye on that 32nd century Constitution class.

You will almost certainly be able to buy them form someone but don’t leave your money with Eaglemoss if you can avoid it. Get it back now. The stock will turn up. It’s not going into landfill.
Good to hear I'd still like to eventually get the XL Serenity.
