FC and Nemesis versions are lovely dude. They're both identical, other than one being very white (FC), and one having a lot more dark colours on it (Nemesis). I wanted the latter version, because the sculpt is the updated version from that film, but I wouldn't be bothered in the slightest if I had the FC version. My friend has that, and it's just as gorgeous.
On the off chance you get one with the copyright marks on the outer pylons, they can be removed very easily with some really fine wet sanding (thanks to Prometheus for letting me know about that).
