Hey guys,

First time I've posted on the board in many moons. I've recent bought a haul of Playmates figures and decided to do a few headswaps for giggles. I haven't had any trouble with getting the heads off using the boil and pop method (sitting the parts in boiling water and then pulling them off), but I'm having some issues getting the neck pegs back into the body holes. At the moment I'm trying to put the head in boiling and then get the head into the body, but to no avail. Can anyone offer any tips for getting the heads back into holes?

One thing I would do is bevel the bottom of the neck peg at a 45 degree angle with a hobby knife, then redip in hot water.
