Let's get cracken with the Bondo! With this Masonite covering, the areas to fill are greatly reduced.

LOL I doubt that I would build one for someone else. To much labor and not enough time. Maybe if I had a professional grade, table saw, band saw, ect... to work with, and a warmer garage as that the glues, bondo , ect... would dry faster, I could greatly reduce the build time. Most people would probably be happier with the DST one. Mine would resemble the real one in terms of being hand built with some minor flaws here and there and the DST one would be more slick production line "idealized" chair.
