Hey all,
This may be a silly question but did they ever release a Star Trek Insurrection comic adaptation?
Take care,
Matty-lad

I *kind of* think so.. but I could easily be wrong. I've got the DVD with every Trek comic on it (up to before IDW published it), so if they did make it it'd be on there. I'm at work now though, so by time I get home someone else could probably figure this one out.

I don't think there was. IIRC, that was when Marvel had taken over the license and made "Paramount Comics."
I think it goes:
ST:TMP - Marvel
ST:TWOK - IDW
ST: TSFS - DC
ST: TVH - DC
ST: TFF - DC
ST: TUC - DC
ST: GEN - DC
ST: FC - (not sure on this one... DC? Image?)
And then Insurrection and Nemesis were adaptation-less.

I think I read awhile back on trekmovie.com that IDW will be releasing an ombius (sp) edition comic which covers all the movie comic adaptions that were made . So we can wait till that gets released and find out for sure .

Ooh, I'll be buying that if it comes out.
Is the word ombius? I used to say omnibus! It's something like that anyway.

Artistix is correct... no "Insurrection" or "Nemesis", but everything else has been covered now (IDW just did Trek II not that long ago).

And IIRC JJ Abrams Trek hasn't received the comic treatment either (there is the "Countdown" prequel series and the new ongoing IDW series of "Nero" and "Spock: Reflections" that take place in that continuity. NOTE: Spock: Reflections so far fits into the post-ST:GEN universe nicely, but we're only on issue 2 so far.

What would be interesting to see is IDW take Spock : Reflections ,Countdown , the adpation for Star Trek 2009 and the Nero series and combine them all into an omnibus book .

Hey all,
There is going to be an adaptation of the Star Trek 2009 movie. It was mentioned in this interview:-
http://trekmovie.com...-future-comics/
Now if only we could get Insurrection and Nemesis done......
Take care,

Very interesting. I'm curious as to what these "deleted scenes" will be (aside from the Nero/Klingon connection).
