I hope they give us more info on releases at SDCC. I'll be ordering Kirk. Sulu I can wait on.

I'm opposite... Oddly... The head sculpt on Kirk is a bit weak IMO.

I'm used to "off" sculpts of Kirk, they don't bother me anymore. Lol. But since he's my favorite character I wanted to start with him. Kirk, Spock, McCoy and Scotty are the main ones I want to get. Don't need the rest. However I would get a Kilingon if they made him. Kor would be preferable.

These things are brand new, so I wouldn't read anything into this. If they were planning a limited release of select characters I feel like we'd be seeing McCoy before Sulu.

I don't see and reason to worry over that at all. They have several different licenses that they are doing in this scale. Star Trek just had three figure releases right in a row, so it would only make sense to put a little space between them and the next ones.

My guess is that we will see another 3 figures at NYCC this year for release next year at some point. I see no reason for Mezco to drop the line as it seems to have sold really well.

DEFO pop by their booth while at the con and ask a couple of questions. My guess too would be NYCC,or better yet,that Star Trek Missions con in New York in September. By the same people who do NYCC.

It will probably be the toy fair next Feb before anything new for Star Trek. I hope I'm wrong though. Lol

Looks like the captains chair will be shown at SDCC. Depending on its price, I may have to invest it it and Kirk since DST doesn't seem to want to make anymore of them.

Oh I am praying that Mezco do TNG and figures from The Kelvin Timeline too. A Spock Prime would be brilliant as would Jaylah and Nero and Khan and the crew! Scotty with Keenser would be cool too.

I got my Spock today and am very impressed with this figure. I dug out my old DST/AA captains chair to test with him and think it fits great. I always thought they made it a tad on the small side for the 7" figures.

I didn't plan on getting Sulu but after seeing this one I think I will.

Hmmm... The wrap looks really off to me in that pic. Hopefully they improve it or it looks better in other pics.
