I am guessing you have a 12 inch figure so I would recommend ebay for finding it. Do you have an item description? How many you need? Good luck!

Here is a website I found for protective cases for the standard star trek playmates action figures.

If you look around the website also has cases that were made for galoob star trek figures moc and the original mego stuff from the 70's moc. They also have cases for motu and just about everything else.

I agree they are expensive but I have seen some sites that sell them for way more.
