Klingon ships should definitely be weathered, and certain Federation ships could be too.
It works for the Franklin given where it was when we found it.
Defiant would make sense since it was mainly used during a time of war, and I doubt they'd commit large amounts of time scrubbing the hull so its pristine. Voyager would probably look pretty good weathered as well.
The Enterprises should be pretty pristine.
They should really make a battle damaged C as a stand alone issue like they have with the TOS Defiant and mirror ships.

Ben just shared some photos of the first Titan prototype:
Few paint details missing, but I think it looks fantastic so far!

Looking at the size of it as well, it wouldn't be too far off being in scale with the jumbo 1701-E, which is nice for displaying them together.

They are, yes. I'm in the category of not being bothered to be honest (the Orinoco and the Pasteur have the same):
I'll say though, it's a bit odd they're not blue plastic. A guy on facebook posted a good explanation as to why they're not from a physical standpoint (he 3D prints a lot of his own stuff, and knows what he's talking about), but I'm wondering if it's a bit of cost-cutting on a model which is technically non canon, and is therefore seen as a bigger risk financially speaking (bearing in mind that the minimum they can order is a batch of 5000)?

Ben has promised up to 14 pictures of never-before-seen ships, one for every ten retweets of his recent questionnaire tweet. So far, we have three pictures:
A ventral view of the Titan:
The first glimpse of a Vidiian ship from Voyager:
And lastly...

Really happy to see a non-JJ special. According to one of the guys in the facebook group, he seems to 'know' that the Discovery ships will be their own separate line, not part of the main collection. I honestly would like to see the future JJ ships do this as well, because it's about time we get some special-sized Prime items, mainly the stations.
Will post any more I see later.

I've always been disappointed that DS9 didn't.
I don't know if I'll pick up that special, don't personally have much interest in it.
I'll probably get the Titan since I signed the petition.

So DSN and the upgraded NX-01 weren't specials? Had the strangest feeling they were. LOL!
I love that they're doing the new movie stuff as specials, and there are still things I'm hoping they'll make. Two items I would like from the 09 movie, three from STID,and a few from STB. Doubt they'll ever get made of course, but hey, they made the J,right? lol!
J-R!
