I was really sad that Playmates never made 4.5" figures of the NX-01 crew. So I decided to make a wave of figures based on Enterprise myself.

So let's start with Captain Jonathan Archer.

It's an AA/DST Archer head shrunken to fit the 4.5" figure line. The body is a heavily modified SeaQuest DSV Commander Ford body.

I'm still working on the rest of the crew and other characters from the show and will post pictures in this thread.

Oh, and here's a picture I've been waiting for for a long time, the 5 Captains:

And here is Subcommander T'Pol:

As with Archer, I took the AA/DST head and shrunk it with hydrospan. The body comes from a TMP-Uhura. I've sanded down quite some bits and pieces and added a few things with apoxie.

Up next is Trip... cool.gif

As promised, here is Commander Charles "Trip" Tucker III:

As with the previous figures, I used a shrunken AA/DST head. The body is a heavily modified SeaQuest O'Neill-body. I sanded down several bits and pieces (like pockets and zippers) and sculpted new ones with apoxie.

But that's not all... I had enough time to finish Dr. Phlox as well!

The body is an AGT Data. I find it appropriate for the Doctor's height and overall appearance. I sanded down the sleeves and sculpted the front of the jacket. I didn't even have to paint the pants!

I'm finally getting there with the crew...

Up next is Lieutenant Reed.

I'm neither an Enterprise fan, nor a figures fan, and even then, I prefer AA/DST's more austere style over PM..

But DAAAMN, these are impressive! Each one moreso than the last!

Hi guys,

Here's the next figure, Lieutenant Malcolm Reed:

I've used the SeaQuest Bridger body, since Malcolm is the shortest and slimmest of the guys.

And here is a new picture of the crew:

Up next: Hoshi Sato

As promised, here is Ensign Hoshi Sato:

I used the SeaQuest Hitchcock body and modified it like the other ones. Hoshi's ponytail came off while shrinking the AA/DST head, so it had to be re-sculpted with apoxie.

Almost complete...

Up next: Travis & a surprise
