How *edited for content* unsatisfactory can you get?
Entertainment Weekly article.
New trailer on Youtube.
EDIT: Dunno why I made a separate thread for it... that can be deleted by a mod, I guess. Brainfart, sorry.

They really wouldn't be doing it for viral buzz, BSG had pretty good following and most would probably lap this up, it's more likely that Syfy just don't want to throw money away on making a series of this; much easier for them to show wrestling or make low budget cop shows with a sci-fi twist in which the main character can talk to ghosts, small animals, and inanimate objects.

Can't say such non-commital language fills me with confidence.
"Oh yes, B&C drew more viewers than the olympics as a whole, and we'd kind of like to make more, but we really can't be bothered."

Also, (and I'm stealing this joke shamelessly from someone on Reddit) they shouldn't swear so much - people get so shocked that they drop their tools!

I forgot all about this until just now, so thanks for the updates!
I did watch them, I thought it started out good, but has languished a bit on the last few episodes. I assume they were trying to set up a number of running thread plots that would be fleshed out later, but because the series didn't get picked up they probably won't.
Overall I liked it. I thought the pacing was better than Caprica, which just couldn't get to the point in any single episode.
