hard to find. Evilbay doesn't even have him for bids.... Its one of those cases that you regret not grabbing when he was available.... DST should go back and re-release the extremely hard to find figures like Barclay and Ezri Dax....

They were available for a very long time and were put on clearance at places like newforce even as early as last year or so. Im pretty sure DST wont ever re-release these figures because outside of Barclay and Ezri, most of these figures took forever to sell through and only did so because of sales, offers and clearance. Now they are hard to get because that surplus has died up

Much like the 25th anniversary of Trek brought with it many joyful memories (my first convention, the last, great multiplatform gaming experience... every single 25th ann. game was different and great!) so too did the 40th anniversary.

While it does bring me down that the DTS line is being put on hold, I remain optimistic that one day I will finally have TOS Romulans to proudly display with my Playmates Bird of Prey.

That happened to me when I finally decided to get the Tribbleations figures... Sisko was beginning to become very scarce (much less scarce than Bashir -lucked out with that one- but still harder to find than O'Brien and Jadzia)

What made it worse was that I had to order him twice... the first one I bought had a very bad paintjob on the goatee.

Moral of the story? Get em while they're cheap :/ Though I know from experience sometimes it takes a year or two for a figure to grow on you.. especially when nothing new is being released..

Head over to the market place and I'm sure someone will be happy to part with one for eBay like prices!

oh i know the feeling... In addition it might just be that nobody was buying on ebay so the sellers took it down. I havent heard that Pike was all that scare until you mentioned it.

While we're on this subject, just noticed New Force sold out of Mirror, Mirror ISS Enterprises.. Amazon still has some in stock from Diamond at a decent price, suppose it's time to stop putting it off.

With Pike, as with a few before him, I think it's more a question of there not being enough of him to go around than of him really being that sought after... meaning it may take some patience if you want to stick to eBay, but I've never seen him go for a high price, which is good news wink.gif
