Hey gang - Has anyone heard of a release date for TNG Blu-Ray Season Six? It seems to be taking longer than the past few seasons. I'm hoping that's because they're going to tie in a DS9 Season One Blu Ray release...but that's probably just wishful thinking. I'd love to see details if anyone 'em.

I read somewhere on Facebook that season 6 has been postponed 1 month because the gap to the season 4 blu ray release of Enterprise would be too big. Don't know why this is important to them, maybe it's got something to do with their sales tactics. I am also hoping DS9 gets its blu ray treatment anytime soon!

Don't hold me to this, but I'm almost certain I read somewhere that it's to do with the final two seasons being made by the one effects company (CBS Digital) - they're also doing Enterprise as well.
Again, don't hold me to that, as I don't have the Blu-Rays yet (waiting for a PS4 first lol), but I remember something along those lines. Sadly, nothing to do with a DS9 release I don't think.

CBS is doing the last two seasons, so that is why the is a longer wait, the rumoured release date was June/July I think.
