Voyager had some rough spots, but I generally enjoyed it. I loved House. My hopes are higher than they were before.

I give them credit. Most of their products are fairly good quality.
It just seems as if we are waiting years between ships being shown and their release dates. The Enterprise-B, Excelsior (NCC-2000), and Klingon BoP for example were first shown at NY Toy Fair or Comic Con back in 2009 and they were finally released last year I think.
I have noticed that the wait times between being shown products and them being released is now greatly reduced, and I do appreciate the work DST puts into making them.
It's just we've been hearing about this next Federation ship for what seems like forever, and we've had numerous guesses at what it might be, and asked DST numerous times what it might be.
We are doing our best to be patient, we are just getting antsy.

Looks like DST went with my suggestion from months ago. I'm glad to see that. Now if they could make one available for a contest for forum members or something that would be nice.
Now let's look at possible forth coming variants.
NCC-1701-A (battle damage tampos) with the final log entry by Captain Kirk. Exclusive to PX (or other online retailer)
NX-01 (battle damage tampos)
Romulan Bird of Prey (mid-cloak and cloaked)
and last but certainly not least, they will probably never make one, but dare to dream....
NX-01 refit with secondary hull.

Posted by Commodore Kor'Tar on 02 May 2015 - 09:13 PM
My Enterprise-A arrived yesterday. She's perfect in every way. No paint slop. No glue slop. Crisp tampos. An opaque saucer. Loud and clear sound FX and dialogue clips. This Is what grwat starships are meant to be like. Thank you DST! You did perfectly! I am a very happy fan!!

I ordered my Enterprise A this morning. I pray to The Great Bird of the Galaxy that the one that's sent to me is one with no or little glue/paint slop and the seams closed tight and the nacelles level and true. R'Amen.

#80659 Classic Trek Movie Crew in Monster Maroon Uniforms by Playmates Toys
Posted by Commodore Kor'Tar on 15 April 2015 - 03:35 AM
I was gifted some random TOS 4.5 collector's set figures by a facebook friend, and that drove me to complete the set, so I found a couple of partial auctions completed the set of the classic crew. Which left me with additional figures which seemed to make for good fodder for some customs. When I got the custom bug was also around the time Leonard Nimoy went to the hospital and later passed away, so as a tribute to the late Leonard Nimoy I present to you Trektoy members the the classic crew in their monster maroon uniforms. Some were customs (simple headswaps), others were Generations or classic movie figures.
Kirk in Skydiving outfit, (Admiral) Captain Kirk, Captain Spock, Doctor Leonard H. McCoy, Captain Hikaru Sulu, Captain Montgomery Scott, Commander Pavel A. Chekov, Commander Nyota Uhura, Lt. Saavik.
#79563 Leonard Nimoy has died.

Of Leonard Nimoy I can only say this, of all the souls I have encountered in my travels, his was the most... human.
You now are one with the universe again. Boldly go. Engines on full.

No Star Trek ship news yet. I am disappointed to say the least. Come on Zach, throw us a bone, please!! We don't care if we won't see it for two to three years. Just let us see what's in store to create the buzz and excitement which push your sales!!
Yeah, I copied my facebook comment.

When I was a kid I bit the bullet and bought a First Contact E-E. I was thoroughly disappointed when I opened it. The Insurrection E looks like a marked improvement.
