There is hope that Playmates will put out a Scotty ,Chekov, Uhura in 2012, but the way they took a bath in the 2009 figures, its pretty slim hope if any at all.

I think the Barbie Uhura is great. I rebodied her on a more articulated body from ebay, a naked "POP LIFE CHRISTIE" because it's perfect skin tone and much better than 5 POA. My version of Uhura has 12 POA:
