Came across pictures in the rebelscum.com forums of Spock in Instructor Uniform from Wave 2 in package. These were apparently on ebay! Here's a link to the pics:

The packing ratio is different for some of the figures. Uhura was the short packed, with Nero and spock also having less than Kirk and others. I dont know the exact numbers but being short packed explains why some are harder to find.

Thank-you for your answer. I just watched the movie(2009) again tonight. It's weird, but my Checkov figure is in a cadet uniform, but he is not shown at all in the movie in that uniform.. huh.gif

He may be in the crowd in that uniform while Spock and Kirk are before the Admirals investigating Kirk's Kobyashi Maru solution. Or during the scene later with Admiral Pike in the wheel chair. You'd have to pause the movie to see or find the screencaps, but he most likely is there.

well, i have been crawling all over this sight for my other questions, but as soon as i learn the secret to the CUSTOM section on Boil and pop, I can remedy Chekov with that extra Kirk, giving us a yellow shirt Chekov AND cadet Kirk.

Found some at Toys R Us yesterday-had all but Spock, Spock Prime & Uhura. God must not want me to make Carol Marcus

Skot-here's a simple boil & pop method:

1. Get a microwave safe measuring cup, fill up 1 cup (8 oz) of water, nuke it until it boils (Depending on microwave about 2 min to 2 min 30 seconds)

2. Take out of microwave using potholder-don't burn yourself!

3. Take figures you want to boil & pop and place them in the measuring cup. Use tweezers to pull them out after 45 seconds.

4. You should be able to pull off desired limbs then.

Also you could boil water on stove and pour into a bowl when done. This takes a little longer, but you get similar results.

Our local Toy's R Us is moving-and yesterday was the final day at its old location. For 25 years, I went into that store & have so many happy memories-The Real Ghostbusters, Rodimus Prime, Numerous GI Joes; and of course Star Wars & Star Trek. Now they will be across town and NOT 5 minutes away from my home sad.gif

Back to Trek-Got many of the 3.75 in figures for 1.99 each on Wed & on the Final Day yesterday got 6 for under 2 bucks. Missed only Spock & Uhura, but had all characters (Spock Prime was available).
