I found this paper model bridge a while back.
http://jleslie48.com/stbb/rel.html
I thought I would try to scale it up to Playmates scale. I already had some graphics I created while working on my AA/DST bridge, so I am using that as a starting point but there is still a lot more work ahead. I thought I would share my progress though. So far I put together a rough model and I am fairly happy with how it looks like it will turn out. My ink jet printer isn't so great and I didn't use card stock. I think with card stock and a good laser jet printer this should be much better. I also put this one together pretty quickly just to test it out. This one was a little too large so I have since scaled it down just a little.

Here is a PDF of what I have so far.

s8film40, thanks for introducing the "paper model" website.
I had a quick peak and it is filled with a good number of wonderful free downloads of paper model kits including Star Trek and other themes.
The sample pics of the completed models look incredible and impressive. The kit templates are professionally done!

When I have the chance, I am definitely going to try out a couple of these models.

That is awesome, I wish I had found that years ago...
I think that the first version was large enough, they did look up a bit to the big monitors, and the door looks a bit short.
That would rock as a background pic...

Yeah, I think the second version is a little small. I'm going to resize before I get too far.

Resized a little larger, I think this size should be just right. I also added foamboard supports seems to help it hold up better.

Wow, that's VERY well done! The resized version works much better, IMO. Kicks butt!

Much like the 25th anniversary of Trek brought with it many joyful memories (my first convention, the last, great multiplatform gaming experience... every single 25th ann. game was different and great!) so too did the 40th anniversary.<br /><br />While it does bring me down that the DTS line is being put on hold, I remain optimistic that one day I will finally have TOS Romulans to proudly display with my Playmates Bird of Prey.

IF the Hallmark Spock ornament, and Uhura I guess, were readily available this would be perfect. I bought one and cut off Spock, it is a perfect fit with little modification. The only issue I ran into was trying to duplicate it, I was unable to cast the leg without it getting all bent out of shape.
Sorry, this is the only photo I could find atm.

Wow, that's too cool!

I built a TOS Comm paper model once and it turned out pretty well. I realized after trying it the first time that I needed to use thicker card stock.

What would be the chances of getting this scaled up to AA/DST scale?  perhaps just one wall console which can then be duplicated.?

I'm currently working on an AA scale Galileo so would appreciate the brain ache of scaling these up taken care of for me if possible.....

Pretty please?

Here are some files I used to create a AA scale bridge scene, this is not set up as a paper model but perhaps you may be able to use it. I am including the photoshop files to make it easier if you want to change something.

Hope this helps.

Does anyone have the original PDF for the Playmates scaled Enterprise Bridge?  The link leads to a dead end.

EDIT: Nevermind.  Found the other post with an updated link.: PlaymatesTOSBridge.pdf

Thank you so much for the link. I've been trying to do a good tos bridge for a while but I suck at it lol. Do I have to do any resizing or should it print right out for playmates scale? And what is good paper? Card stock?
