As a "kit" there are two plastic pieces, the top and the bottom. The front is metal and you also receive a long brass rod that you must cut each individual bar from. From there you have to bend the front and attach it to the plastic pieces blending them together. After that cut each little bar and attach them. The scale is 1:1, and it's a little tight on me.

Top-notch job FHC.

Pardon my ignorance, but, where did you obtain and how much was the kit ? .... it looks very desirable.

If you hang around some of the prop boards like this one, you will probably find things like this as well as many other wonderful things available. I think this run of Visors may be over, but there may the the possibility of other versions of it in the future. Although there might be a few left over kits available from the maker.

A friend of mine made up the kits. I'll see him this weekend or next if you want me to ask if he still has any around.

Knight was right about the prop forum in his link. It's a good one. smile.gif I'm part owner there as well. Let me know if you want to join.
