Much like those 7" DST Nemesis Beverly & Troi hairpieces, this work is being done by TonyzCustomz in Cali.
He has been working on it for a few weeks now & has sent me some images:

I was originally planning to upscale the Playmates 9" head, but people over on Playtrek mentioned the DST head was a better sculpt. I am glad I used the DST figure.

Some words from Tony:
"Here is a picture of the successfully casted piece from the upscaled Hydrospan piece for everyone to check out. A perfect copy so I will start making the neck to fit the body (will be able to pop on and off neck peg but fit firmly) and smooth out the top dome of her skull. Have to reduce the back of the head a bit so it'll look more natural on the body, face is fine but its a bit to long from the side view. Once it's done I will be making the last mold and casting out the copies in hard resin and tinted skin tone so they will be able to be painted without worry of chipping the skin tone and having white or grey underneath.
I should have the neck done by this week and start the mold and final castings next week."

I am having a Season 7 & a Nemesis hairpiece sculpted, but I am also having a fabric wig made for one of the figures. There is a person on eBay who does fantastic miniature wigs.
My outfits will be tailored by an American woman, Sue, I found on eBay who makes doll clothes. The Nemesis Dress uniform Beverly is relatively easy as Sue will be able to alter the Insurrection Dress Uniform Riker outfit.
Since we didn't receive a 12" TNG female science outfit I will probably have to have that made from scratch. I guess it can be blue instead of green too, since she doesn't need to worry about clashing with anyone in that scale.
I am having a few of these made up, but I believe the first order of heads is taken.
If anyone is interested in this project let me know & I'll see if I can get more heads made. They are $15 each (including postage) Or 2 heads for $20 (including postage)
