Its possibly for the best that they are going to be delayed. By the time these are hitting shelves, Star Trek Into Darkness will have been out and propelled Star Trek into all kinds of popularity.

The delays are frustrating, but I still can't wait for this! And maybe by then they'll have the world-wide rollout worked out.

Isn't this the same factory that does the Marvel magazine?

If you mean Eaglemoss, then yes, they DID the Marvel Figurines collection. They're ending it on 200. They also do a DC collection,a Batmobiles collection....which just started a couple of months ago.....and they're gonna do a Doctor Who collection as well. Look forward to seeing the ST ships this summer, apparently that's what it got delayed till. I'm still hoping they'll do a Simpsons collection as well, lol!

Have fun y'all!

In addition to the regular DC Collection, they also have a DC Superheroes Chess Collection, of which i have all of them released so far. The first set is Batman themed, after that they're starting a JLA Theme set.

I have the first two of the Batmobiles set, but since I've focus pretty hard on the Hot Wheels Batmobiles, I probably won't get more than a handful of my most favorite designs in the Eaglemoss set (in fact, getting the second piece, the 66 Batmobile was unintentional, and it is for sale if anyone is interested).

So hang on, have I missed the first four issues? Or will they be released later?

The factory that they had lined up to produce this series was closed, Eaglemoss is now looking for another factory. No one has missed anything though. There was a tester run of several issues last year to test the reception to a full series which did very well so now there going into full production this summer i believe.

Does anyone know how much a subscription for a year/the entire thing, was going to cost?

The DC Chess pieces are $14-$16 each, the Batmobile line is $20 a piece, so somewhere in that neighborhood I'd expect.

Yeah I'd say Batmobile pricing is likely.

Anyone heard anymore about this line? I saw a Batmobile issue in FP and was pretty impressed by the model so looking at getting this collection too but when I tried to sign up it wouldn't allow me to.

Last I heard was July/August release. There's a facebook page for updates and for asking questions. They even reply! lol! I got the 60's Batmobile at FP last time I was in London and it's gorgeous! Hope this Trek collection will be as good as that. They looked really good when I saw them at that ST event thing in London last October.

Speak of the devil, they've just posted two things today. First one's an update, and the second one is a prototype TV-trailer.
