I never thought of ST IV Kirk as a Weyoun base before, but with some repainting it should be good. As for Spock applications... It Might make a descent base for a Vedek Bareil. The Torso if connected to pants not the robe could be repainted to be a Sloan Figure. The arms could be weird for that thought. Just throwing out some stuff.

Mine have not had the Green head issue, but space concerns require them to be kept in boxes for most of the time.

While I like Kes, she'd be a lousy test figure for a 2 pack. It would need to be someone they could mod easily from an existing figure mold. That means Janeway, Chakotay, Tuvok, Paris, Torres, Kim or the Doctor. It would probably be Janeway and Seven although they should be smarted and break up the voyager "Big 3"

At this point, I want figures that I'd get the best mileage out of. By that I mean, ones that'd be useful for customizing. Getting a Janeway, Paris and Tuvok would open up a lot of customizing options.
I know a lot of people are eager for a Chapel and Rand, but they honestly don't hold that much interest for me.

Tom Paris has been a longtime favorite of mine, that's the one I'd like.
I see all the interest in the Doctor, but I think that would probably be one of the easiest ones to mod. A long ways back, I just took a Nem Picard head and painted the hair black for that. Granted, it wasn't an exact likeness but I thought it worked fine.
