I have anxiously been awaiting my order of DCU figures that I pre-ordered from CSC. I checked today thinking it strange that they still haven

Hmmm...
A few things could have happened,
1) the carrier delivered to the wrong address.
2) someone stole the item
3) the package was labeled wrong (causing #1)
CSC should insure these items, and hopefully they will replace it. I'm sure your not just "out"...
If you paid by Credit card, you can always dispute the charge and say that you never received the item, but only do that if CSC won't work with you to track down the package and fix the problem.
In the end, I doubt CSC has done this intentionally, and even though I personally don't like to deal with them (for issues unrelated to this topic) they do have a solid reputation for delivering what they promise and for providing decent customer care. As such I'm sure they will sort it out with you!

The UPS tracking page will show what address it was shipped to, so you can rule that out really easily. If they delivered to the wrong address, and the recipient isnt honest, then its gone. hopefully CSC did insure the package with UPS which is usually pretty cheap, then the claim will have to be filed with UPS, and i am not sure how long it will take to resolve that with them. If no insurance was purchased, you may be at the mercy of CSC and it will be up to them whether or not they will reship to you again. Its always a good idea to purchase insurance, because stuff happens. The credit card charge disputing will probably get you your money back but will no doubt not endear you to CSC and you might not be able to order from them again. Remember, if UPS had an item for you and shows that it was delivered, then CSC did ship it out, so its a problem withUPS, not CSC.

UPS has an automatic $50.00 insurance if I remember right.

^^^ Yes they do, and that's the best approach to take first. By disputing you will get your cash back, but as VF says, CSC will probably not want to sell to you again after that... it all depends on how you value CSC as a viable option.
I will say this for CSC, they are very reasonable when confronted with the facts of any situation, and if they are in the wrong I've found them to be extremely fair.
But that's just my own experience with them.

Thanks for all the information.
Where does the page list the address delivered to? I do not see an address listed on the tracking page of UPS. The page just lists,
Delivered
Date and Time
Front Door
City and State
This situation is very strange since UPS has delivered to me multiple times previously. I will look to see if I can find a dispute phone number for UPS.
I had an issue with CSC a few years ago and rarely use them. I had success with them ordering a few single NECA Harry Potter figures and I thought I would give them a chance again with a larger order.

Go to www.ups.com
use the tracking number provided, and it should pull up all the detail, including the origin and dest address.

And fyi, it's up to $100 value that's covered by UPS.

Well, I heard back and CSC is opening a dispute with UPS. I think what most likely happened is one of the Christmas help delivered the package to the wrong address and the home owner is not honest.I will keep everyone posted...hopefully this experience might help someone else.

Sorry to hear about your troubles getting your stuff, Green Lantern. That really sucks. I hope everything gets sorted out and you get your stuff in the end.
