I received the jjprise today in phoenix, Arizona. There is no magazine with it though. And the nacelles are not even wiith the saucer... the port is lower than the starboard side. Ive had nacelle level issues with my stargazer, enterise e, and equinox...should I complain about my jjprse to customer service as well?

Regarding the magazine for the JJ-prise, I've seen a lot of subscribers saying lately that they've received the ship, but not the magazine, so this is a bit of an issue (no pun intended!).

The box the jjprise comes in isn't even long/wide enough to fit a magazine.  And it isn't listed in the packing slip....maybe it will come with the next regular shipment?

Ben Robinson, the editor and general guy-in-charge of this series (same guy who edited the Fact Files, as well as the Star Trek Haynes manuals), is announcing new ships all weekend on their facebook page!

Announced so far are:

41 - Klingon Raptor
42 - U.S.S. Pasteur
47 - I.K.S. Negh'Var

These three are just instant purchases for me (Klingon ships, especially the Negh'Var, and one of the nicest guest ships in my opinion - federation to boot). :)

The Enterprise-C is confirmed to be amongst the 40's, as well as the TOS Enterprise being issue 50.

EDIT 1: It seems the entire range up to issue 50 will be announced today and tomorrow, so I'll update here when a new one goes up. :)

EDIT 2: Ben just confirmed the next two specials are going to be the Vengeance, and Klingon Attack Ship from Into Darkness. I'd have preferred Spacedock and something else from the prime universe, but hearing this news, I'm looking at it as £40 saved! lol

Also, someone asked if there was any chance we'd see the Enterprise-J, to which he replied "Every chance."

Issue 43 is the 8472 Bioship.

Vengeance and Klingon ship from Into Darkness are the next two specials.

Im excited for the Vengeance, don't care that much about the klingon ship from Into Darkness.

Really hoping for some Kelvin love after those 2.

I haven't gotten into this line of ships, probably should, but if they did anything from nuTrek I'd like to see the other ships......like the ones that went to Vulcan or parked around the spacedock....maybe the shuttles too.

They really should have made the special edition JJ-E (and by extension, the Vengeance and Klingon ship) the same size as the regular releases.

Ships revealed so far, including new ones today:

41 Klingon Raptor - beauty from Enterprise

42 U.S.S. Pasteur - Beverley Picard's ship

43 Species 8472 Bioship

Edit - 45 - Malon Freighter from Voyager

Edit - 46 U.S.S. Enterprise NCC 1701-C

47 Negh'Var - the Klingon Flagship, NOT the 'future Klingon ship' seen in All Good Things (Negh'Var is certainly the version I'd want!)

48 Armored Voyager - really chuffed with this, as I wouldn't have expected this until I heard they were going to 90 issues!

49 ECS Fortunate - cargo ship from Enterprise

50 OS Enterprise - say no more!

Ben also posted this as a hint as to the final 3 ships getting announced:

That leaves 44, 45, and 46. A few clues... one is from Enterprise, one is from Voyager and one is from TNG. One is a freighter. One is a Fed ship.

The Enterprise-C is the ship from TNG and therefore, Federation ship. This was confirmed as being in the 40's along with the Negh'Var. I'll also guess at that being issue 44. :P

As regards the 'freighter', I'd guess that to be from Enterprise, the Mayweather family ship (I would've liked the Xhosa around the 40's - ah well, plenty of room in the future). My guess for the Voyager ship is a Kazon ship.

If I'm still around later today, I'll update this post (or post anew if there's a reply in the mean time) each time Ben posts a new one.

EDIT: Bugger, two away! Enterprise-C is issue 46. :)

I could live without armour voyager in favor of another different name ship.

I would've agreed with you, until they announced that they're going to at least 90, possibly even more if the demand is still there apparently. So in other words, it's just a matter of waiting, which is the crap part!

New ship, and one more later around 1am UK (8pmEST):

45 - Malon Freighter from Voyager.

The list now looks like this:

41 - Klingon Raptor

42 - Pasteur

43 - Species 8472 Bioship
44 - to be revealed

45 - Malon Freighter from Voyager

46 - Enterprise-C

47 - Negh'Var
48 - Armored Voyager
49 - ECS Fortunate
50 - TOS Enterprise

Here's a link to an album where you can see CG renders that'll be used to make all these ships (41-50):

https://www.facebook...38108226&type=3

The final ship to be revealed will be from Enterprise, and here's the clue he just posted:

Seeing as it's from Enterprise, it couldn't really be a Fed ship, though I suppose this one could have gone on to become one...

I hope Ben does this again when it's time to reveal issues 51-60. It's so nice to see them reveal future models, some of which won't be out for a year. I wish a certain other company still did this.

I bet it's the Andorian ship that was in the photo with the Delta Flyer.

No no, that's issue 37:
http://www.startrek-...ship-order.html

It's the Intrepid from Enterprise! The weird little ship which is to the NX-01, what the Reliant is to the refit, or the Nebula class to the Galaxy class. Click the Facebook album above to see a picture, it's a real little stunner in my opinion. :D

EDIT: If the picture isn't showing in the album, here's a direct link to it:

Why didn't someone produce this line ages ago?! These are a fantastic collection! Hope it lives beyond 90 issues!

There's two things I can't believe with this collection. Firstly, is that it's happening in the first place, and secondly, that for them to get the nod to go to 90, means that it's actually selling successfully! That makes me so happy, as I honestly never thought there'd be anything like this again.

A good round of up of new information, pulled from the facebook page and comments, from Ben Robinson:

Some hints for issues 50-59. 2 of these classes of ship have defended Earth from an invasion inside our solar system. One of these ships was hijacked. Two of them are operated by a race with pointy ears. Two of them are from the Delta Quadrant. We saw one of them fight in a war. One is both older and newer than a ship we've already done that has the same name. One of them had a captain who was played by two different actors. It'll be a while before I announce what they are though, so plenty of time for theories.

The Steamrunner class will be one of the largest models in the collection thanks to it's dimensions. He also confirmed all the Alex Jeager designs will be coming (so that means the Norway and Sabre class will be joining the Steamrunner, and existing Akira model).

Also confirmed were the Enterprise-J, the irregular Borg ship from Descent. There is also desire to get Doug Drexler's NX class refit made, which he remarked will be the only non-canon ship in collection, for now.

The Trek Collective posted a great re-cap with all the above information, and a little bit more (i.e. no duplicates like Miranda and Nebula variants, until after issue 90):
