With my 41st birthday coming up my wife and I have discussed the making of a will for both of us. The other day I thought to myself that IF I was to, lets say, not be around here anymore, I would like to think that the forum here might go on. While it's not a busy forum, more like a few close friends, I think that to most that drop by it's a "safe place' to talk about the things that we collect. With this in mind I have decided to make the Admin group the Owner group. UFP has been with me from the start on this forum and has provided tons of help and a source of reliable input from time to time. He also takes the time to weed though the dozes of spammers that sign up, and that can be a fair amount of time. In truth he has done way more then anyone knows and I figured that it's time to give him credit due anyway. I know that he would be the one that I would want to keep the doors open here. So as I said, I have changed the Admin group to Owner and placed UFP in it with myself. I guess that in the long run this changes nothing that anyone would notice around here because UFP has been here from the start, but for me it's nice know that the forum would still be here to welcome the family. smile.gif I spoke with UFP on the phone today and he agreed soooo, here we are! smile.gif

Well UFP, its time to take Mark out! Then you can rule like you've always wanted! wink.gif laugh.gif

What a great sentiment! We appreciate you looking out for the future of the forum Mark, but here's to a long and fruitful continuation to your presence here!

^ Don't worry FHC, that's just a side effect of the poison UFP used on you... it'll all be over soon! smile.gif

Mark thanks for all of the kind words as well as the trust you bestow upon me. This Board as well as the Prop Board are like family to me, and both were started by Mark and myself with an idea that we could build a better place to discuss and share these hobbies, a place without attitudes and old grudges and I think from the success of both, we can say we did in fact accomplish our goals and maybe even surpassed them.

Any Board is only as good as those members who support it, so I say give yourselves a pat on the back, for without all of you, this place would still be only an idea.

PS..As far as the Spammers....To date, I have yielded by sword on some 16840+ Spam accounts that tried to register here, (I deleted 41 this morning) as a fellow member on the TPZ commented, "I have a full head of hair, my Penis is the perfect size according to my wife, I don't buy drugs over the internet and my Porn consists of my monthly Playboy Magazine I get through the mail, so internet spammers, don't need ya".....wink.gif

Wow Mark, that's very considerate of you. I hope that you're here for a loooong long time. Admiral McCoy time even!

But you know this is sort of disturbing b/c I was thinking of the same issue the other day. Like what I would like done w/ my collections after I'm gone. I know I'm only 30, but I've been loosing many people lately to unexpected circumstances, so I don't think age is as big a factor as one would think.

How many of you have made wills?

Working on mine of course. Age can have little to do with it. I was almost hit by a truck at work and that's what got me thinking.
