This is one I've done. It was really easy. I then used Chekov's body for a TWOK McCoy and the Sulu head for a Sulu from TUC. Playmates toys are so easy to customize.

I never managed more than TWOK versions of Chapel, Rand, Ilia, and an Andorian. I was reluctant to buy the Playmates TMP figures at the time until they brought out the full crew, which they never did.
I've got screencaps for about 54 TMP crew from the Rec Deck scene, including the principal cast. That's a lot of spare bodies! I really need Art Asylum to start producing some more TMP figures so I can get cracking. Not sure where I'd find that many heads though... or that much cash...
