Anyone pick up the new Kirk and Klingon Mego re-releases from DST yet? I'll get them soon, I'm just waiting for my TWOK figures to arrive first so that everything doesn't just pile up all at once.

My question is whether or not they have removable boots. I never had any of the old Mego figures, but I read somewhere that the Star Trek figures had a molded black lower leg rather than a regular leg with a removable boot. Are the new figures like this? Just curious about the customizable possibilities....

Thanks!

The Klingon had removable boots. Unsure about this new wave though.

Kirk does not have removable boots. The new figures are like the original ones were. Kirk, Spock and McCoy will have non removable boots, the Romulan, Klingon and Andorian will have removable boots.
