What do you think is the best likeness in the Playmates range?

Here's mine to get the ball rolling:

Scotty from Relics

General Chang

KHANNN!

Data

O'Brien

Admiral McCoy

Generations Kirk

Janeway

Tuvok

Unification Spock

Quark

Picard

Rom

and perhaps a few others I have yet to think of....

What's your opinion?

Yeah, the Playmates-Kirk is one of the few ones that actually looks like the Shat.

I think Saavik looks like Kirstie Alley in the movie.

I had completely forgot about Saavik, one of my favourite figures. I also thought the Borg Queen and Seven's likeness was good as well.

FHC, wow, that Kirk has to be the best Kirk I have ever seen. Nobody seems to get it quite right. What series is he from?

I would have to say either Harry Mudd in the original 4.5" line and the 2009 Prime Spock in the 12" if that counts as Playmates haha. but i think we are talking pre 2000. Then intendant Kira was pretty good as well.

I had forgot about a lot of them, I have them all standing in front of me! The Dixon Hill sculpt was a big improvement on the old Picard one, along with DS9 Worf and Troi. And the Doc is fantastic, I'm actually reading his (Robert Picardo) short book, the Hologram's Handbook.

I have got Gloria from Cleveland, but not regular or Generations Guinan yet.

Also the Trails and Tribble-ations Dax is a very good likeness, and Bashir looks good as well (just waiting for him to arrive in the post).

I'm gonna cast my vote for Chakotay and Hugh Borg (the pick of all of the Borg figures in my opinion).

The thing about these figures is that the sculpt if often hurt by the pain job.  Check some of em out by candle light, and you will be impressed.  Captain Bevely Picard is a great example of this.
