I also think this is a great wave of figures. Has there been any announcement on whether there will be any exclusives with the second wave? Battle Damage Cylon anyone?

Likeness are really hit-or-miss with this line. I don't like Cain at all, and that disappoints me, because I wanted to get that figure. D'anna looks good. I want Kara in her duty uniform. Hopefully, that'll be in the next wave announced.

I am loving these. The next wave is awesome. It is to bad that they are getting pushed back but I should have expected it. The Wave 3 prototypes looks great.

I saw that the Biers figure was listed as Series 2. Does that mean she will be coming out with Starbuck as a retailer exclusive? If thats the case I hope Rick can offer a new preorder for all the exclusives!

Biers has been in Series 2 all along I think. Not sure about the retailer exclusive though.

Received series one as a set from Aussie site CaseFresh.

I really love all the figures. The funky hip movement is cool. Accessories are limited but what was included is awesome.

Apollo's stubble is kinda bad, but I see we are receiving some clean shaven versions next thankfully.

I've heard some Red Six figures have trouble standing, but mine is fine.

Anyway, looking forward to series 2 & 3....hopefully it won't take too long to get the rest of the mains.

Anyone know anything about Wave 2? I have them on pre-order from NFC....and they were supposed to be out last week. Any news would be great!

The last I heard from another site was august. DST's site still says last week and all the adds (toyfare, etc..) say available now. So it could be any time now I guess. This is the set I am waiting for the most too. i realy want Starbuck and the Flight Suit Helo. I have also been checking ebay to see if any pop up but nothing yet.

Thanks for the info! I called one of the local comic book stores in my area and he said they didnt receive them this week....he's assuming next week, but who knows.

Also, I was wondering if we have an official checklist going for BSG. Other than the ones listed on DST's website....the only variants are SDCC Cylon and Blood Drive Tyrol? I'm trying to make sure I havent missed something along the way.

Did anyone see the photo in the members section in the For members only thread talking about the upcoming review?

I wasn't going to do it, but I'm going to have to order a set now! How nice of the staff to put a link to NFC on the main page of the forum for me! LOL

Received my SDCC Cylon. Very cool figure!

I was worried about changing the hands & forearm plates over, but eventually I loosened them up & it is now done with ease.

A member of another forum was saying he saw them at a store. Though he had to go through to try & find a Starbuck that looked nice. Some had wonky mouths & eyes.

I can only order these online unfortunately. So I just hope mine looks ok.

I got series 2!!!!!!!!!. They are nice figures. I agree with Thehsbr about the likeness of Starbuck not being that good but the rest are great. I guess you cant win them all. Kat looks perfect. The Helo in flight suit is my favorite. That is my favrite look for that character. And of course the Cylon is just awesome.

Starbuck is very cool but Kat and the Cylon, for sure the Cylon, really rock.
