With huge thanks to Rick at Newforce I now have my own Mego TMP collection!

I love the Bridge & the figures are pretty cool too.

Rick originally stated he had everyone (crew wise) besides Scotty. Went for a trip into the city a week ago & who should I see sitting on a shelf in an old looking comic books store...but an MOC Mego Scotty!! bizarre.

Oddly, Kirk was not included in the order. I gather Rick couldn't find him....hence my asking about him in the Buy thread. If anyone has one for sale, I'm interested. smile.gif

Big thanks to Rick again. You are a legend.

WOAH!!!!

That's awesome! I'd love to own one of those one day. It's too bad they didn't make Chekov , Sulu, or uhura I hate when a toy company leaves a couple of the crew out lol.

So do I.

And very few (if any) of the Classic movie lines included all crew. The ERTL versions would have been awesome if all characters were made.

I had thought I might try & customize the missing TMP Mego's...but I really can't be bothered. I'm not artistic or handy enough!
I prefer official products anyway.

Rick is going to get back to me about the Kirk I am missing from the above display, I think he's forgotten me! sad.gif biggrin.gif

naah, I didn't notice it all this time lol. Until yesterday I saw it and I was like oooh Artistix has something cool there smile.gif

haha, I know, I always wish I could be like some of the people here who can all of a sudden whip up a custom figure and they make it pretty look pretty good too. I was very dissapointed when the Playmates came out with TMP line and made all but scotty and chekov sad.gif

Didn't they make Scotty? They defiantly missed on Decker though. What is Ilia without Decker anyway...

I would love to have these figures as well. They will have to wait until I am independently wealthy though. Ha!

I love these figures! I've got almost a complete set now of the 3 and 3/4 guys (missing betelgeusian, megarite, and zaranite) and I just recently picked up a boxed Bridge (which I plan on opening!).

I hope to snag an extra McCoy soon to try a head switch onto an Ertl body...

I have some loose figures but they got played with a lot in the early eighties - in fact my Admiral Kirk fell apart and I think I'm missing some of his limbs. I think I got Kirk, Spock, McCoy, Scotty, Decker, Ilia, Arcturian, & Zaranite. I'm just waiting for my shiny new Kirk & Spock to arrive this week. I'll have to dig out the old ones.
