Hey bud,
One of the medical tools included with Kes/The Doctor was actually referred to on screen as a Thoron Generator.
It's featured in the season 3 Voyager Episode "Basics Part II"
Check out a not-so-great picture here at memory alpha

Maybe this article will help - I recognise the sample extractor from Dax in Duty Uniform

As for Dukat's...errr...box thingy - I always thought it was a PADD of some sort.
Thank you for that, I've seen Basics parts 1 and 2 about 10 times, its one of my favourite early season episodes (finally get to see the Kazon go) and I was going to make my own Thoron Generator for my Holographic Doc. Well that saves me some time. That article about the unnamed medical tools is fantastic, a great find, I think I might make a few of those for my medical team.
I always thought of it as a Cardassian PADD/remote control (not so much a tricorder).
Jpatrik: Good call on the medical equipment!
As to Geordi's visor: I don't think there was any difference between the tv filming version and the movie filming version. I think it was just PM trying to make accessory less bulky and more screen accurate. It's similar in dimension with the later figures (i.e. the SF Academy).
Thanks about Geordi, I have all but the AGT, cadet, and the See-Through Alien version, I can see what you mean about the Visor being more accurate, but I don't know about you but I think the original looks the best. It looks more bulky, he can hold it properly, it fits into his optical scanner better and it isn’t as flimsy. It also seems strange that they included the old mould with the transporter version, one of if not the last Geordi to be made.
Here's a few screen shots from Generations:

As for Dukat's Box, these shots where the closest to his accessory that I could find, particularly as its called a control box:

This is what a Cardassian Tricorder looks like (sorry about the bad picture, its in his right hand):

Its either straight from the minds of Playmates, based on some bad screen shots of Chain Of Command, or its an obscure prop from the first few seasons of DS9. I think for the moment I'll use it as a Tricorder, as my Cardassian troops have their Phasers, built in communicators and rifles.
Now a few more questions:
O'Brien's Fire Extinguisher, am I right in thinking it's supposed to be this?

Generations Data, DS9 Tom Riker and few others had a hand held device with a Cardassian looking graphic and the Device itself looks Cardassian in origin. Any ideas on what it is?
The "Light Stick" that comes with practically every TNGer (Soran, Red Data, Scotty, Inaccurate uniformed Riker), any idea on where it comes from?
Talking of the Inaccurate Riker from the Generations line, where does his "Scanner" come from? I know it comes with AGT Picard, and that it appears in The Masterpiece Society (Cue screen shots):

Any ideas on its origin, the race that uses it, and its purpose?
And lastly, any idea on where the engineering tools come from that came with Geordi, and a few other figures (Long spanner, laser Drill, and "Warp Core Scanner" as Carey's box describes it)?
