Hello all , now that the festivities have calmed down a bit , I thought I'd share what I gave and recieved , and who ever else wishes to share may do so .

Things were tight again this year , but thanks to working the election last month I had some walking around money , so I was able to get my girlfriend a few gifts .

I gave her ....

Star Trek XI Target special edition with ship case
Star Trek XI Phaser toy
and the Disney movie UP .

What I recieved ...

My girlfriend has ordered me a gift and it should be here in a few days , I'll update as soon as it arrives and I open it on webcam in front of her .....

And my parents gave me some very nice slip on shoes which fit very well .

All and all , a pretty decent Christmas in my book . smile.gif

As for giving gifts...I got my parents 6 of the Star Trek Ornimates, I got my brother an Axe and a Sledgehammer cuz he needed them for firewood.... and my sister in law some candles. My 7 year old sister wanted star trek figures, so I got her 6 of the 6" movie figures. I got my partner a poster frame for his autographed Natalie Imbruglia poster, all three seasons of Heroes and other little things.

Nothing much for us, but we were able to get the Christmas tree up and a few presents for Lex. He got a monkey blanket, some shaped blocks & a shaped box to put them in and his 1st Christmas ornament from some friends of ours. I've got some pics on my FB account. Of course I've locked down security protocal's and you have to be a friend to view them wink.gif

I got the Beatles "Box of Vision" which you can read about here plus the last 2 remastered Beatles albums I needed to complete my collection. I also got some badly needed new slippers and pajama pants, a cordless hair clipper, a cook book, a screwdriver tool with lots of different heads for it, and a funny looking winter hat lol. I gave my Dad a cologne/aftershave pack and some perfumes for my Mom.

It was a mostly "He-Man" year in my house... with a bit of Trek sprinkled in. My boys are addicted to the old school He-Man cartoon now (though they still love Trek). Santa brought them a ton of vintage He-Man figures, Castle Grayskull, and Snake Mountain. On the Trek side, they each got the Star Trek XI Enterprise, the Transporter, the Bridge, various figures, and the new DST TWOK phaser. They also got some video games and various other "current" stuff. I was overjoyed to see them kind of ignore the modern stuff (like the video games) in favor of the old school He-Man stuff and the TWOK phasers...

While I didn't get a spork, some of what I got:

An Ecto-1 Christmas ornament
Mystery Science Theater 3000 Vol. 15
Wii Sports Resort (actually, we got 5 Wii games between the 2 of us.. I got her Super Mario Bros & Punch Out)
A few other things not coming to mind immediately. We did make it a light Xmas cos we bought a super comfy mattress topper & will be buying a new mattress next month. But I guess the 'big' gift was my wife surprising me with a trip to Nashville this coming weekend. smile.gif

All-in-all had a great Christmas spending time with my wife and not doing anything productive!

Geez. If I had given those gifts to my wife, she would have given me divorce papers! wink.gif The only Trek she wants is the trek down to the jewelry store for something shiney. Kor, you're a lucky guy!
