I landed up finally getting through to them and canceling my preorder. I did get some other paper in the mail for their bankruptcy, but since I'm no longer out any money or anything, I think it's safe to just throw these away. Has anyone here kept up with the stuff in the papers mailed out?

  • Interests:OMG!! Clearly my hobby is getting away from me at the moment if anyone remembers the pics of my collection on the old AA forum. While mine isn't as focused as Mark's, it's start to rival his, lol. Long answer short, too many to narrow down.

Something that blows me away is they are still having auctions on eBay dry.gif Sorry, but I'm not too comfortable dealing with them, especially after all of the horror stories I've heard here and on other boards.

Has anyone had any better luck with these guys, or are they just still floating around out there? I thought to check out their site and the seem to have a decent sale going on. Still wasn't quite enough to suck(er) me into an order though. wink.gif Fool me once?

If I don't have it, they never made one.

They do have some pretty decent sale prices. I wouldn't mind getting another sisko or two but am still leery of doing business with them again. Especially now that they are having financial trouble.

Those are some really great deals. Most of the figures are around $5 and Troi is $2.50. Anyone have any idea what they charge for shipping? I am kind of tempted and I'm thinking if I pay with PayPal if something goes wrong I might be able to get my money back.

I know you only have a certain amount of time with Paypal.. so you'd have to hope that if they were going to ship, it'd be quickly.

45 days. If you don't receive it within 30 something is definitely wrong, so I would say somewhere around the 30 day point is the time to open a dispute.

Seems Toyrocket is done for, at least for the time being! From their home page:

"Coming soon: The all new ToyRocket powered by Puzzle Zoo

PLEASE NOTE:
Puzzlezoo is not responsible for any order placed and shipped or canceled before 12/23. Please do not contact Puzzle Zoo regarding a Toyrocket order as they have no information at all regarding any Toyrocket customers. If you placed an order before 12/23 it will have either shipped or been canceled/refunded. If you have not received a refund for a canceled order, please contact your credit card company. We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience."
