I thought there were only 3 figures produced for the 12" line.

I don't think the 12" Line was very popular. A retail price of $39.99 for those in 2008 seems pricy for what you got... Heck it seems on the high side even now to me... I guess it depends on who you consider the main characters... The 4 original members of SG-1 of course, but Cameron pretty much replaces O'Neil in the last few seasons... and Vala has a pretty big role too... and the show just wasn't the same w/o Hammond.
The 6" line was much more popular... I had most of those at one point and I decided to sell them to slim down my collections... I want to say that even loose I got pretty close to the retail price for most of them. I think I kept an Asgardian and the gate BaF bits.
