#80611 USS Enterprise A

There is no excuse to have such sloppy QC.  How many times has this ship been done?  Im still vary scared to buy this ship.  How can the registry be so off. It really seems some people at some level do not care about this license.

100% agreed.

Thanks to everyone that provided pictures and video of the Enterprise-A. To be honest, I was hoping beyond hope that DST would finally knock this mold out of the park. My concern really started when I saw that first picture of the prototype with the crooked registry. I thought "Surely that won't carry over to the final toy because it's so obvious, right?" Well, we now know the answer to that. It took DST 9 years to get both versions of the Enterprise-D to be the crown jewels that they are now. I know the tampo is difficult and the process as a whole of building toy starships can be beyond difficult, but I just wish DST would take all of the steps necessary to get the best product out the door that they can. I honestly believe they are not doing that. I have never had to return/exchange so many toys with any other company, and I hold them all to the same standard. We're not looking for individual model kit care, but the ships need care of some kind.

Sorry for the rant. Being a Star Trek fan and collector is so frustrating these days.

And, 10 seconds? Really?
