Is this the whole list for DS9 characters? They didn't make a Quark, did they (only Hamilton vinyl)? Were Dax and Sisko the only ones released in OST outfits?

Are you talking about the 9" version or the 4,5" version?

 

Oooh wait it is in the subject title,

 

As far as the list is concerened:

-> there is a worf in Klingon atire (though technical its from TNG but he also wears it in DSN)

-> As far as I know there is only one Elim garak
