Same goes for "First Contact" Picard too, right? Identical except the box says "Star Trek: The Next Generation" instead of "Star Trek: First Contact"?

I think he means a TNG Picard with a better sculpt and better scale. The original Picard releases are too beefy. Perhaps a new head sculpt on a repainted TNG Data body. The same new head sculpt could also be used on a Data/Sisko body for a regular uniformed FC Picard.
