Here we have Generations Data. I even added mid thigh articulation in the legs.

I used a dremel with a sanding bit to sand them down and then a polishing bit to smooth it out.

For the legs a used TWOK legs from the knee up and Datas legs from the knee down. I had to cut off the hinge pin hole and drill a hole down into the legs. I also had to cut off some of the peg on the bottom of the twok legs so that it would fit in the drilled hole. After that I heated up the bottom portion of the legs applied a little super glue and slipped the top and bottom part together. then I used the same method above to smooth down the stripes on the top part of the legs. After it was all done I gave it a light painting all over to make the black match and then sealed it.
