It's a might be pricey, and a bit small, but it's quite a beaut. I plan on hopefully getting one, $115 seems like a steal compared to if it were made by someone like Master Replicas, or even Sideshow.

I was never a fan of Earth making its own ships like this and the larger "battleships." I always thought it was hokey and lost focus of the original intent of humand finding the gate and using it to explore. When they started going into their own ships its became a bad rip off of star trek/wars. Thats just me so it makes this even less appealing.

When you think about it, it was where the series was headed from the beginning. The only reason the US goverment allowed travel through the gate was to find technology and weapons that can be used to advance us and defend our world. I admit the introduction of the Promethues was sudden but it was used as to advance the story. Every scifi series can be called a rip off of Trek or Wars in the end. Not saying you're right or wrong, just sayin'.

I wish the first ship was the Gouald Ha'tak or Daedalus class vessel. I wouldn't think twice about purchasing those!

My other problem was how different the Prometheus looked from the Gouald tech. You would think that if the tech was ripped off that either the inside or the outside would look similar. In my mind that was the only saving grace of the 302 because it looked like it was stolen and then made to fit US needs. The other "battleships" were completely out of left field both in terms of pacing in the show and their overall look. I just really liked the first few seasons so its probably me just not liking change.

I would love to see a larger Battlestar Galactice-esque resin model of a Ha'tak or other Gouald ships. I would totally buy that!

I am with you 100 % on the design of the Prometheus and other batleships, I don't think it was ever explained why they were designed that way. I think there is a large market for ships, people love ships!

Yeah, they're both pretty cool, especially for that price. I keep hoping they'll announce more of them like the Puddle Jumper, Goa'uld cargo ship, Wraith Dart and/or SGU's shuttle but it seems like they've abandoned Stargate.

Wow pretty glad to see things for Stargate sg-1 are still being made. I guess I'm a minority but I always favored the design of the Prometheus over the deadulus class

what wacko.gif blink.gif i did love that ship when it came out but the Deadulus class is by far the superior ship.

I just like the Prometheus more. It seemed a more human design to me than the Deadulus.

It's a great looking ship, would have been better with some mini pilots in the cockpit but looks great, I'll have to get some photos of it and the Death Glider done soon.

Oh, hey, dude! Welcome to these forums - not that I'm the proprietor or anything, just a fellow denizen.

I discovered your toy blog through your reviews of the new DST ships. You've got a great setup - I'm a fan!

Always good to see that someone can find my blog useful...I've been wanting to get some more photos done of the F-302 since last time I did photos of it I was using the old Fujifilm Point and Shoot....The Ship is great for sure I'm really pleased and if you can pick up the Poster that Quantum Mechanix Released with the F-302 Specs.

I like the F-302 a bit more than the Death Glider from the series, but in terms of what looks a bit better the Death Glider looks great.

The Lack of Pilots in the F-302 might be the only down side but for doing some photoshoots of it it comes in handy not having mini pilots in the ship.

I might have to set up my hanger setup once again to do that too bad it's not snowing outside [I'm happy it's great weather outside so I might take the F-302 out for some shots outside]
