Who cares my friend, its something other than TOS

Indeed.

Though, I gather they are moving on again before making a Chapel.

DST really doesn't give a sh*t about Majel!! laugh.gif

Though I am not a big fan of TOS, I do feel your pain. To have a character consistently passed over sucks. Especially since it is Majel - the First Lady of Star Trek.

Star Wars or Kenner or someone had a poll for what figures fans wanted to see and then made those figures. Perhaps ToyFare could help us out with something similiar? I mean, I know we have done our own polls here, but something more national might get some attention. I dunno...

Artistix could get his Chapel, Slayerone could get his Guinan...

The new E-Spectrum-#56 I got today says under the factoid section that many more Trek minimates on the way in 2008 including the first ever 5 figure boxset of all new Trek minimates. Who might they be ? Which series ? Movie ? Mix and Match ? I'll make the first guess. I say it will be all five Captains- Archer-Kirk (Casual Attire or WNMHGB) - Picard (Jacket) - Sisko - Janeway. That is the only 5 pack I can think would make sense since each show has seven principal characters. Please let the speculation begin. Any thoughts ?

I think you may be right. It could be a Captains set. I would definately be up for it.

I'd buy it in a heartbeat! biggrin.gif

Of course, harking back to the ealry 90's, perhaps it's the men of TNG. Picard, Riker, Data, Worf, and Geordi. The women folk never got love. I hope that's not the case here, but I'm just throwing out a possibility

Oh man lets hope not.
They could go back to the playmates days and have a semi transparent transporter set. Although I dont know how excited I would be about that either.

I like the Captains set idea. I'd be happy if they kept that trend going:

Spock, Riker, Kira, Chacotay & T'Pol
Bones, Crusher, Bashir, EMH & Phlox
Scotty, Geordi, O'Brien, B'Elanna & Trip
Sulu, Data, Dax, Paris & Travis
Etc. (Not sure where you'd go after that!)

Though I'd hope they would be new figures (different uniforms atleast) for the larger muti-packs.
I wouldn't want to end up with 5 of the same Kirk figure. I get enough of that kinda stuff in Mattel's Justice League Unlimited multi-packs!

^I think DST is going to stay with the 2" line from now on. I think I remember a Q&A with Chuck where he confirmed that. Anyone else remember something like that? unsure.gif

^^Sammy, how could you forget??

Chekov, Worf, Odo, Tuvok, and Reed
Uhura, Troi, Ezri, Kes, Hoshi
Chapel, Guinan, Quark, Neelix, Chef laugh.gif
Rand, Ro, Jake, Harry, Porthos roflmao.gif

Hey all,

I get these but have not received this yet. I am seriously looking forward to it. Just hoping that Rand and Chapel make it into all AA/DST assortments.

Take care,

Just to be clear in case anyone was assuming ...There was no announcement made. They are just in the picture with the others however it is not a drawing. It is actual TOS Mini's. I just want to know if they are going to be part of a future assortment. Well DST ? or Rick at Newforce ?

One can only hope that this means AA/DST recognize that a number of fans want a complete crew, and we'll be seeing Christine & Janice joining the ranks of the 6" line, too!
