That certainly looks a lot better. I think as long as the pattern on the rubber shirts isn't as pronounced these will look pretty decent.

You know I am not hating the 6"'ers based on this Hi-res photo by Trekmovie.com

The "likeness" on Kirk is laughable.

They've somehow captured the crudeness of Playmates' old figures without retaining any of the charm.

No one has EVER captured Shatner's likeness right. This just keeps the tradition going.

Im still nonplussed but since I already preordered them I guess Ill stick with it. Itll be cool to have a Romulan to add to the collection. For me what will save this line is if they have a scale that can be displayed next to the DST/AA stuff from TOS. I beginning to think Im going to be disappointed because they look a bit small.

Hmmm, Kirk's head is too small and does not look like him. Spock has a greenish tint to his complexion, as TOS tried to show on our TV's, and yet Prime Spock and Nero do not. Also Nero is not showing any sign of his ears... He must have trimmed them to hold cannon, what a nice Rommie he is!
The rest of them look alright

Of the bigger guys, I'll probably pick up a prime Spock to hide in the back of the DST figures. Other than that, it'll just be the little ones until a clearance sale. wink.gif
