The alien ship I want the most is the Valdore.

On one of the prop boards, someone built a model of the Valdore and it was beautiful. I'd love to see a Valdore made in scale with the Enterprise-E.

It would be a pretty big toy. When they make the Ent-D, there is no way they could make the D'deridex Class in the same scale. That ship is HUGE.

I would, but it is a private board, so a link would just take you to a page saying only members are allowed in. sad.gif

^^^Oh, that's a shame! But thanks anyway!

I was thinking that Romulan ships ~ both the D'deridex and the Valdore ought to sell like hot cakes. I'm not suggesting from DST, because to be honest I found the ENT E rather disappointing, and I agree that the scale of DST ships would make both these models rather large if they obey the comparison to the ENT E, but I am quite surprised that another company hasn't picked up and run with this.

Even if that much depth of variety is unrealistic from dst, wouldn't it be nice if a licensee like corgi would pick up the ball and give us 8-10 inch highly detailed die casts? That's almost a preferable scale if you're going to have a large variety of ships from all treks.

The franklin mint did $200.00 pewter gold and ruby ships of everything under the sun in the 80's and 90's. Believe mme, I had them.

To be frank from the pictures I've seen of Corgi's Trek ships, they are terrible.

I would agree with that. I should have thought the beautiful Romulan ships would have been real objects of desire. Both the D'deridex and the Valdore (not to mention the Enterprise updating of the Bird of Prey) are some of the loveliest ship designs in Trek.

I'd buy every one of those!

Definitely not too keen on the ENT BOP, but a D'deridex would definitely work! Frankly, I have been watching alot of TNG the last few nights, and I have to admit that an Ent. D with the DST treatment would be very nice indeed.
