Subscribers get new movie Enterprise later in the year? And it's been in shops for months now? That just sounds....backwards. But I guess the days when subscribers get things first are long gone. J-R!

I got Reliant and the Borg sphere today. Both are nice. Reliant has really nice paint. I was surprised at how solid the sphere is. Which shipment does the dedication plaque come with. For some reason I thought it was this one.

Do they count the initial Enterprise-D shipment as 1 of the 6?  Cause I've had 6 shipments (up to Reliant and Borg Sphere) and haven't gotten the plaque.

I think my plaque (NA sub) showed up with my Akira (which I believe was in the Reliant shipment) but that was a while ago. My next shipment may actually come with the AGT if I'm counting right.

I think the Akira come with the Jemhadar battle cruiser.

Anybody know if the freebie Eaglemoss Trek ships given out at the SDCC Ships of the Line panel today were an exclusive or current releases?

I was pleasantly surprised to find an email from Eaglemoss this morning saying the JJ Enterprise will be in the next shipment.

Two regular editions + AGT + the special... They may need differnt size boxes this month :-)

I love these! I bought, Voyager, Romulan Warbird, Akira (my favorite), BOP, and Jem Hadar Battleship. These are great, and kinda hard to track down. My comic store sells out of these really fast.

The darker gray one in the back is a Master Replicas I scored off of eBay years ago.  The silver one in front is Stapleton kit from eBay as well.  Picked up the holster last year at DragonCon from the Intergalactic Trading Company booth.  Now, if Anovos will get their First Contact uniforms up for pre-order I'll be all set!  haha

Still not quite managing to buy into this line as I still think it's too expensive for what you get. I'm still gonna make two exceptions though,at one point, lol!

Honestly Robster, this collection is really nice. Pick up a ship like the Akira, Equinox, or the Jem'Hadar ship and you will be hooked on this line. Just get one and they will grow on you, guarantee it

Robster, you say expensive, would you mind expanding on that?

For me, over here in the UK, these ships are the cheapest small ships I've ever come across. Each Furuta model cost me at least £15, with the exception of a Runabout which someone was selling new for £2.50. The only F-Toys model I bought was the Defiant, which came with a cloaked version, and cost me £18.

Johnny Lightning, I never collected, so I hold my hands up and say I don't know the price of them. I'd guess around £10 though, knowing Forbidden Planet. If so, then for the same amount of money, the Eaglemoss ships are so superior, it isn't funny!

The reason I ask, is that you're the third/fourth American who's said that these ships are too expensive, whereas for me at least over here in the UK, they're the cheapest I've seen for this size range. I'm not asking you why you don't buy them personally, I'm just looking for more information on pricing versus perceived value. :)

I don't find them to be expensive for the quality level they're at, furuta models are just as expensive and way lower quality wise.

I also for an email today billing me for the JJPrise, which is exciting.

Just to clarify real quick. I'm not an American, but they are kinda expensive for Americans compared to us from the UK,with today's exchange rate and such. Not that I don't understand the pricing of course, but all my other little ships I have never paid this much for,and not more than ten quid either. But I agree they are very nice looking and very well done etc. But I guess, just like Mini Mates, they just aren't for ME,lol! Still getting the two I want but that's next year,LOL! I mean,I got the Batmobiles I wanted and ditto the Marvel figurines when that was going, even though I never subscribed, just got the ones I really wanted in those series as well, and might even do so with the Doctor Who series too.

I'm sure you're getting your money's worth with this series. Like I said,it LOOKS great.

J-R!
